I wish I found these classes earlier on in my pregnancy and have loved exercising and meeting other expectant Mums. Such a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment!

Love this Pilates and barre studio, the owner is fantastic and always so accommodating, with a variety of workouts and classes to suit anyone. The studio has a warm and welcoming vibe with boho touches and lots of greenery. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I was completely new to Pilates but had been told it would help my back problems. The instructors are wonderful and explained how to maximize every exercise. It is one of the best parts of my week now and I am really getting my strength back again.

The instructors are so experienced, knowledgeable and have created a perfect little family of clients. Everyone is respectful of where people are in their fitness journey and classes can be modified as necessary so there is always something for everyone. Perfect timetable for those 9-5 workers! Not many things will drag me out of bed early in the morning or delay me getting home from work of an afternoon but Fleur does and I love it!
