  Worst valuation company ever, which significantly undervalue my property, the valuer Christalla Klavdiou did not compare with the similar property nearby, instead, she compared with the cheapest one in the area which has the worst room layout, another reason she noted is the rent, $580 per week, what a joke? You’ll never be able to rent a property with this price in the area . Very unprofessional, always better to check the with your bank which property valuation agent do they pick, stay away from this one.

  Worst service. Michael Antarakis is unprofessional need to take some lessons of professionalism. I suggest not to deal with them.

  If you are a landlord ,stay away. Have tried to get info on 2 different properties with 2 different leasing agents 6 months apart. Same pattern, takes your details , promises to forward relevant info , then nothing. After 2 or 3 reminders to the agents I gave up both times , none the wiser about the properties I was interested in. To this day both properties are still listed as vacant.

  Probably the worst property management company in Sydney if not the whole Australia. Reported a parking violation several times and never heard anything back. Several other owners have experienced the same, one of the space have been illegally occupied for 3 weeks and nothing has been done. Building manager is nowhere to be found without escalating to higher management. They're lucky Google Review doesn't have negative stars.

  Terrible service. They do not return calls or emails. I lease two properties through JLL and have left numerous phone messages for their property manager to call me but nothing. It is now 4 weeks since I first contacted them and I've sent emails and phone msgs. They have no problem chasing people for payment but if you need to talk to them about your property forget it. I previously leased with Chesterton International who did a excellent job in comparison.
