The staff made me feel that my business was appreciated and found best deal for me and not the best deal for Vodafone. Staff could answer all the technical questions without hesitation.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable helped me with everything I needed. Was served by Sahrah she truly went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. She made me feel like an important and valued customer even though it was my first time visiting this store.

I’ve been paying top dollar for a screen protector that is no longer on my phone and not able to be replaced. Also, your staff do not cancel insurance on old phone when you upgrade, been paying double insurance for months. Vodafone ripping customers off at every chance!!
