- Andrew R Added April 25, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would not recommend NIB. I’ve been trying to have my elderly mum’s policy cancelled due to her I’ll health and being bed ridden in aged care. Promises made by NIB were broken, and the promised 5 day process was in excess of 15. They’re quick to sign you up and then let you pay premiums, but try and cancel a policy? Hopeless. More for their shareholders than clients?
