    This is the most unethical superannuation company that I have had to deal with. If you or your partner have money with them I would strongly suggest you transfer it to a more ethical super company immediately. My father passed away and I had to jump through so many hoops to get the measly amount of super that my Dad had with Nationwide. Not only was the paperwork more comprehensive than any other super fund, they also made excuses to delay payment. First they sent a letter saying that one of the documents we had provided was not properly certified, when we resent that document, they informed us that there was a different document that was not properly certified. They could have informed us of exactly what they needed in the first letter but it was clear that they were trying to postpone payment as long as humanely possible. This went back and forth for months until I simply got all the documents JP certified again meeting the ridiculous criteria they had that doesn't even apply when getting a new passport. They had not only delayed this process but refused to take my calls for the months that I had tried to contact their benefactors department. I left several messages requesting they send me what they had received as I did not believe the original documents were not properly certified. They never responded or returned my calls. Unfortunately in the end my grieving mother had to call them and give them a piece of her mind and threaten to contact the ACCC for them to hand over the small amount of money that was due to her. They told her at that time that they had already sent the cheque and now 3 weeks later we have still not received it. Funny that! I am now in the process of contacting the ACCC to report them. They are literally the worst super fund I have ever had to deal with and that's saying something as I have dealt with over 12 funds in my life. This company deserves to go out of business! If my father had have known that they would cause my mother and me so much grief when he passed away he would have definitely moved his money to the other fund that processed the payment to my mother within 10 days of notification. It is now more than 3 months later and still nothing from Nationwide Super. Appalling!

    I have been with NSF with my company, and personally for 20 years and now forced to leave. They have become the worst superfund you can ever imagine. They have completely stuffed up my accounts to the point where they have employees I have never heard of in my company account, and deleted employees that should be there. They have changed my trading name to something I have never heard of. So somehow combined 2 companies into one account. No one will return my emails or ring me back. Do not use this superfund. Your money is not safe.

    Worst super company i have ever dealt with, if a family member dies might as well chuck their super in the bin, because you won’t get a penny.
    Not only that it will take you two days of your time to painstakingly filling every detail for them to say it wasn't good enough.

    If you like wasting your time & your family inheritance join nationwide super I’m sure you will love it.

    Usually they were quick in responding to enquiries, but as soon as actual money was involved, they took over a month to process payment. Due to this, I did not get my full payment. Sad and bureaucratic...
